So he takes his first swing, drives the ball 495 yards away and gets a hole in one. Saint Peter watches in disbelief and asks, ''Why did you let him do that?'' To this God says,'Who's he going to tell?'

TRAVEL TIPS

Colour your cases A handy way to find your luggage on the carousel is to tie a bright coloured ribbon on the handles of the bags.If everyone in the family has the same suitcase you can all have your own colour this makes it much easier at hotels as well. Email yourself Before you go always email yourself a copy of all the important information - airline, credit card, phone, passport and driving licence numbers. That way if your documents and/or wallet is lost or stolen, all you need to do is log on to access all your details. Long flight hydration I always buy two extra bottles of water for long haul journeys as sometimes cabin crew are not as forthcoming with it as they should be. Bite relief When bitten by mosquitos and other nasties, apply lemon/lime juice or alcohol (any sort - the purer the better!) directly to the bite, this may sting slightly but gives great relief, dries up the bite and heals much faster. Drinks on the beach If like me you enjoy a beach holiday and hate having to go the shop every couple of hours for a cool drink then freeze small bottles of water the night before and take them with you to the beach. They will last most of the day. Butter is better Contraire to popular belief, butter when mixed with a small amount of sugar works better than standard bug repellent. Use a butter to sugar ratio of about 10 to 1. PMT Think PMT before you travel, it's an easy way to remember Passport, Money, Tickets!

Record Broken
With a speed of 574.8 km/hr (357,2 mph), TGV, the French High Speed train (Train à Grande Vitesse), set up a new World Speed Record on conventional tracks, smashing its previous 1990 one of 515.3 km/h (320,2 mph)!

This record has been settled yesterday, on a stretch of the new TGV Est EUROPEEN high speed line, 200 km east of Paris. “The goal was more than simply breaking a record”, SNCF’s (French Railways) officials said. The primary objective of the testing campaign was indeed to collect an array of speed-related data that cannot be simulated in a laboratory, in order to improve security, reliability and the comfort of passengers.

This testing campaign again reminds that TGV, like the other European bullet trains (Eurostar, Lyria, Thalys, etc.), is one of the best ways to travel while in Europe. Fast, comfortable, they allow travellers to make the most of their journeys, at speeds reaching 320 km/h, in great security and comfort, hassle-free and from city centre to city centre. With TGV, Paris is at a mere 3 hours from Marseille, and with TGV Est EUROPEEN, as of 10th June 2007, it will take you only 2h20 to go from Strasbourg to Paris!
